Learning Outcome
The measurable knowledge, skills, or attitudes that a learner is expected to achieve and demonstrate upon successful completion of a learning program or activity. It represents the actual impact of the learning experience.
It's what a learner actually gains and can show they've learned after completing a course or training.
An objective is what you aim to teach, while an outcome is what the learner actually achieved.
